Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT AND CHARGES-
I/We do hereby agree to pay a booking deposit fee of 20% or the amount stated on the invoice. I understand this fee is non-refundable and that the remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the due date stated. All parties agree to the less stated on the invoice that has been received by me (the client) and hereby accept the amounts to be charged.
CANCELLATION-
If the client cancels this agreement the 20% booking fee will not be refunded.
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTIONS-
Savanna Gale Photography owns the rights to all images taken and will have exclusive rights to make reproductions, unless reproduction rights are included in your package.
IMAGE USAGE and ALTERATIONS-
The clients may obtain prints for personal use ONLY and cannot resell digital images, or prints. If the client desires to use a print, or digital image, for a newspaper announcement, editorial use or other commercial website, written permission from Savanna Gale Photography must be obtained. The client agrees to not alter the image in any form. Alternations include filters or any editing done outside the photographer’s delivered product.
FAILURE TO PERFORM-
If for any reason Savanna Gale Photography cannot perform this agreement of services due to an illness, injury or other caused beyond our control then you will be returned the deposit in full but we will have no further obligations/liabilities in respect to this agreement. This limitation also applies in the event that photography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction or otherwise lost/damaged. Savanna Gale Photography will only be reliable for the cost of the total order.
